Returns and Exchanges
It is Important to us that you are happy with your purchase, however you must realise that we only sell only 2nd hand, preloved records. None of the records are played through due to the time involved in doing this but are thoroughly checked out and graded accordingly. Records that skip are impossible to see so for this reason we do not give refunds for this (as they are 2nd hand). It’s important to check the stated condition of items advertised on the record labels themself, and the website as well.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following basis, that the record is still in the same condition as described on label and at the time of purchase. They must also be in the original packaging along with the original description label and invoice. They must be returned using a trackable method and no responsibility accepted for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received and checked returned goods and are satisfied the quality is the same as described on label, we will give a full refund or exchange for another at the same cost. If the goods were faulty, we will refund full cost and will be processed o the original credit/debit card.
