As a specialist record store, we understand how important proper packing is — especially for vintage and collectible records.

Orders placed on business days are generally dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All items are securely packaged using premium materials and dispatched via NZ Post. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

  • Orders $125 and over: Free shipping
  • Orders under $125: $15 shipping fee
  • Rural delivery: Additional $5 applies
CDs
  • Orders $29.99 and over: Free shipping
  • Orders under $29.99: $9.50 shipping fee
  • Rural delivery: Additional $5 applies
For New Zealand domestic orders, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier volumes or public holidays. Holiday delivery times may be extended.

How We Pack Your Records / Careful Packing, From Our Hands to Yours
Each record is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap to prevent movement and corner damage. We then adjust the outer box size to ensure a snug fit, add extra protection, seal the package securely, apply FRAGILE labels, and ship via NZ Post with tracking.
