At Tron Records, we take pride in sharing genuine "original vinyl records” that carry stories and character from decades past.
Many of our records are 50–60 years old and have been loved by collectors before finding their way to us. Each one is carefully ultrasonically cleaned and individually inspected before grading, so you can enjoy them in the best condition possible.
Please note that due to the age of vintage records, some degree
of aging or playback-related characteristics may occur. While we do not
play-test records, we do our utmost to ensure accurate visual grading.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or refunds
based on playback quality or sound-related preferences after purchase. We
appreciate your understanding when purchasing vintage vinyl.
While it’s rare for any vintage record to be completely flawless, we believe that these small signs of age are part of what makes each piece unique and authentic.
Our in-house grading scale is as follows:
- Mint: No defects or
blemishes.
- N. Mint: Approximately 1 minor defect.
- VG+: Around 2 to 3 light defects.
- VG: 3
or more minor defects but still plays through well.
- Good+: In fairly good
condition overall.
- Good: Only a record of value, kept due to its collectible or historical significance.
